Itinerary

Kosi Bay – Bhanga Nek

Night 2 at Camp 4

We have an early start so a light breakfast snack of rusks, fruit, tea & coffee will be in your rooms.
We will head down to the mouth in 1-2 vehicles.
You are welcome to swim across the mouth or the local ferry man will help you.
Our guides, Jabulani and December will be there to give you a helping hand too.
Our team will be there to meet you for lunch & drinks on the beach.
Once you are ready we will head back to Camp 4. +/- 45min drive.
Take your time to settle in and get your bearings.
A briefing will be held at 6:00pm.
Dinner at around 7:00pm.

Zululand Beach Walks

ZBW is a small team, consisting of myself, 2 drivers and 2 guides. We do our utmost to make sure that all runs smoothly. We pride ourselves on our delicious meals, the gorgeous scenery and a unique beach experience.

All packages can be extended. If you like the idea of an additional beach/pool/spa or snorkelling day please let me know prior to booking. This will be an additional cost over and above the quoted price.

Lala Nek has some of the most amazing snorkelling. Due to the fact that all the walks are done over the Spring tides, this would allow for some fantastic snorkelling time.

Gugulisizwe

Gugs is a vegetarian lodge. They source a lot of their plant-based foods from local growers and their chef, Thombi creates the most delicious meals. Gugs works closely with the community and their main aim is to offer the best experience possible to you, the guest!

Kosi Lodge

Utshwayelo Lodge is situated 3kms from the Kosi mouth. Beautiful tented accommodation with en-suite bathrooms and cosy linen, this lodge is the perfect way to start your walk. A community-shared lodge, Utshwayelo offers the perfect setting for a relaxed holiday. A lovely pool and bar area, open-air dining room are the only way to go!
